Do I need an account to purchase?
Yes, we currently only service wholesale customers. To enquire about an creating an account with NFTC, please email us at info@nftc.com.au.
Are there minimum requirements per product?
Products are sold by carton. We do not break cartons for sale.
Do you accept returns?
If there is an issue with a product that has been delivered, it must be brought to our attention within 14 business days of receiving the delivery. This ensures that we are able to correct the issue as soon as it occurs.
Where is NFTC based?
Our warehouse and office are based in Truganina, Victoria.
How can I amend my order?
If your order hasn’t been picked and dispatched, we may be able to amend your order. Call your account manager or email orders@nftc.com.au.
