What products can I purchase online?
We currently have a small portion of our extensive range available for purchase online. Stay tuned for further range additions, or contact us at info@nftc.com.au for more information.
How can I see pricing?
Pricing is available to those who have a wholesale account. Once logged in, pricing will appear on product pages.
Do I need an account to purchase?
Yes, we currently only service wholesale customers through our online store. To register for an account with us, click the wholesale tab.
Are there minimum requirements per product?
Products are sold by carton. We do not break cartons for sale.
Do you accept returns?
If there is an issue with a product that has been delivered, it must be brought to our attention within 14 business days of receiving the delivery. This ensures that we are able to correct the issue as soon as it occurs.
Where is NFTC based?
Our warehouse and office are based in Truganina, Victoria.
How can I amend my order?
If your order hasn’t been picked and dispatched, we may be able to amend your order. Call your account manager or email orders@nftc.com.au.
